The mission of these safe living homes is to provide healthy, safe, sober, structured and accountable living environments for up to 16 individuals as they return to the community. The homes provide a continuum of ministry to individuals who were involved in the Transformational Living Community (TLC) at Palmer or Hiland Mountain Correctional Centers. The homes have a recovery and discipleship emphasis. Mentors and volunteers provide encouragement, guidance, Bible studies, Biblical counseling, abuse recovery classes, personal finance management classes, and assistance with transportation, clothing, food, and job search.

Residents pay rent of $500 per month which includes utilities, cable TV, internet access, and a significant amount of their food.
